Erica C. Affinito joined the Law Office of Heather Cullen as an Associate Attorney in early 2007.  Attorney Affinito focuses on all family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, termination of domestic partnerships, custody and visitation, establishment of parental relationships (paternity), domestic violence, division of real and personal property, child support and spousal support. 

Attorney Affinito graduated for the University of Southern California Law School with her Juris Doctor Degree in June of 2006.   She commenced her legal studies at U.S.C. after graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton in 2003.

Attorney Affinito is currently an active member of the State Bar of California.
