Rochelle Reyes De Golier, Esq. is an associate attorney with the Law Office of Heather Cullen.  Attorney De Golier is an aggressive attorney who combines diligent legal advocacy in support of her clients with the compassion required to effectively represent an individual during such a difficult time. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Heather Cullen, Attorney De Golier provided contract and pro bono services in the area of Family Law as well as State & Federal Civil Court issues.  Ms. De Golier brings a strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellent work product, enthusiasm, tenacity, and persistence with regard to every matter.
 
A native of Riverside, Attorney De Golier went to Notre Dame High School.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, in Ithaca, NY.  Prior to transferring to Cornell, she studied at the University of California at Berkeley.  Ms. De Golier received her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law, in San Diego where she was active as a member of the Moot Court Honors Board; the Director of Philanthropy for the Employment and Labor Law Society; and on the Dean’s List for the Spring Semester of 2009.  In her third year of law school, Ms. De Golier was a recipient of a Bar Study Scholarship sponsored jointly by the Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego and the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. De Golier participated in various unique internship opportunities including the Cornell Institute for Women and Work in New York City as well as the International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.  Ms. De Golier’s undergraduate experiences have broadened her mind with regard to legal issues and their application to the specific individual.  Further, such breadth has allowed Ms. De Golier to think “outside of the box” when ascertaining the options available to her clients when resolving an issue.
