Biography

Attorney Moonazza Naqvi is an Attorney at the Cullen Family Law Group. Attorney Naqvi is an active member of the State Bar of California and practices exclusively Family Law.

Attorney Naqvi has dedicated her life and work to helping others. Attorney Naqvi has been practicing Family Law since 2009. Attorney Naqvi uses her critical thinking skills and abilities to analyze client issues to achieve the best results possible for her clients. She is known for the impeccable service that she gives to her clients. Her passion is the welfare of children. She has taught Meditation to Elementary School children for nine years and continued to do so throughout the Corona Virus Pandemic via Zoom.

Naqvi graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctorate and LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law in 2005 and 2006, respectively. Mona was also awarded the Patricia Herzog Pro Bono Service Award from The Legal Aid Society of Orange County for becoming the first Attorney in Orange County, CA, to have a child awarded to more than two parents in 2015 (the child was granted three parents; biological father, biological mother, and stepfather were ordered as legal parents of the child).

Attorney Naqvi is an experienced, thoughtful, and client-focused attorney who takes a comprehensive and practical approach to family law matters. Attorney Naqvi is also a zealous and passionate advocate when necessary and able to compromise when it is in the best interest of her client.
